This notice explains what information MJC Business IT collects through this website and how it’s used. MJC Business IT is operated by Matthew James Cisco in Delray Beach, Florida.

Information you give me

When you send the contact form, I receive what you enter: your name, email address, city or ZIP code, and a description of the issue. If you choose to include them, I also receive your business name and phone number. If you email or call me, I receive whatever information you share that way.

Please don’t submit passwords or sensitive files through the contact form.

Information collected automatically

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Like most websites, this one runs on a hosting service that may automatically record basic technical information when you visit. That can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. The host uses it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How I use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange support
• To provide, document, and bill for services you request
• To keep records needed for business, tax, and legal purposes
• To protect this website and its contact form from spam and abuse

I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t use it for advertising.

Service providers

I use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle messages:

• Cloudflare (cloudflare.com), which hosts this website and delivers it to your browser.
• Web3Forms, which receives contact form submissions, forwards them to my business email, and keeps a copy for a limited time under its privacy policy.
• Microsoft, which hosts my business email.

These providers handle information on my behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. I may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries and related records only as long as they’re needed to respond to you and provide services. Some records are kept longer to meet business, tax, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, I delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing matthew@mjcbusinessit.com. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect the information I receive, and this site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.

Children

This website and my services are intended for businesses and adults. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
